Sefia™ S-2000
Sefia™ S-2000은 세포 치료 연구에서 세포 세척 및 농축에 적합한 closed 시스템 원심 분리 기술을 사용하는 시스템으로 Sepax™ C-Pro의 상위 모델입니다. 기존 수작업에 있어서 중대한 리스크인 교차오염 위험을 낮출 뿐만 아니라, 세포 분리나 회수 작업에 있어서의 여러 공정을 연속적으로, 자동으로 처리할 수 있기 때문에 작업자간 차이를 줄일 수 있고 나아가 재현성 향상이 가능합니다.
- 요구 사항 및 시스템 구현을 지원합니다. GMP 규정 준수를 지원하는 자동화되고 기능적으로 폐쇄된 시스템을 통해 오염을 차단합니다.
- 확장성을 달성합니다. 최대 10 L의 세포 용액을 최소 15 ml까지 농축 가능합니다.
- 온도조절 기능을 탑재해, 세포 데미지를 억제합니다.
- 무게 센서 탑재로 용량의 정확도를 향상시켜 공정 개발을 보다 용이하게 가능합니다.

Sefia 프로토콜 소프트웨어
Sefia™ S-2000 system은 하드웨어, 소프트웨어, Single-use kit의 조합으로 다음과 같은 용도로 사용할 수 있습니다.
PremierCell™ – DGM을 이용한 MNC 분리, 농축, 혈소판 제거. 2개의 Final bag 으로 회수 가능.
FlexCell™ – Continuous-flow 기술력을 이용하여 최대 10L 세포생산물을 농축, 세척 및 조제. 3개의 Final bag으로 회수 가능.
